Ben FrantzDale is a multidisciplinary engineer with deep specializations including high-performance C++ library design, 3D printing, and 3D reconstruction. Ben has a proven track record of quickly learning new subject areas (from color theory to motion control to endoscope design) and applying them to product development. Ben has authored over 23 patents (18 active).
Ben has a passion for architecting software for hierarchical reuse – libraries that are easy to use, hard to misuse, and testable. Ben also values mentoring and sees it as key to developing a thoughtful and skillful team.
